While away your day on the coconut fringed "Four Mile Beach" then wander back and refresh yourself as you wash the salt and sand off in the aqua green pool before heading upstairs to your poolside penthouse to enjoy a lazy afternoon cocktail on your balcony as the cool sea breeze filters through your apartment and then end the day with a leisurely stroll into town to experience some of Ports renowned tropical dining.

This luxurious two bedroom penthouse apartment is spacious and private, featuring large high set ceilings and floor to ceiling windows making this apartment light and airy.

The comfy lounge area opens out to the balcony with your Alfresco dining area and large Weber BBQ.
The kitchen is fully equipped offering quality appliances and space. The laundry and powder room are in the hallway which leads to the downstairs bedroom. This bedroom is light and offers two singles which can be joined to king and has an en suite. Up the carpeted stairs you will find the master bedroom with ensuite and bi fold shutters which can be opened to let the sea breeze flow through or closed for privacy.

The roof top terrace offers a private area to relax on the sun lounges with a book or enjoy the stars of an evening.There is undercover off street parking and a large shared pool at the front of the property.

Seabreeze Penthouse had everything our family required, and more, for a wonderful holiday in an amazing location. The apartment felt spacious with plenty of natural light. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool and tropical gardens was a perfect way to start the day. We didn't want to leave!

“Where do we being. The house is simply perfect. Amazing location. Everything you need for a really comfortable stay. Perfect for families or even a couple who want a private get away rather than a horrible resort. The rooftop for sunbaking is spot on! The hosts are just as amazing. Very reliable and accommodating. We ended up arriving early and even know it was crazy time of year around New Years they aloud us to come in drop our bags and just made the entire process perfect which was ideal for us as we have a little baby. I don’t know Port Douglas that well but can happily say we hit the jackpot with this accommodation in every way!!”

“Karen’s place is in an amazing location. Being just off the local street of Port Douglas made it very easy and simple to get around. If location is what you are looking for in a rental, you will not be disappointed with this place. Plenty of space, two bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balcony areas and a large kitchen and living space made it a very comfortable stay. Also, as it can get very hot and humid outside (depending on the season you are visiting) the two split system air cons were a life saver. Had a fantastic trip with thanks to great accommodation. Would definitely recommend.”

“This is a beautiful property with great space. Perfectly clean and a fabulous location just across the street from the beach and a nice little walk to all the restaurants and shops and loved the balcony and the sun deck up top.
